Appetizer (vegetarian)

 Dahi Vada (sharable)

  1. Place half of the sweet yoghurt sauce (white color) on the bottom of the plate. Place the dahi Vada (dumplings) on top and pour remaining sweet yoghurt on top.

  2. With the use of a spoon, drizzle the mint (green sauce) and tamarind (burgundy sauce) on top.

  3. Sprinkle the save (lentil vermicceli) on top and garnish with fresh cilantro sprig from your garnish kit

Suggestion: a black plate will give a better presentation 

Main

Chicken tikka Masala

  1. Add the butter chicken gravy into a heavy bottom sauce pan and add 50ml of water

  2. Add chicken and slowly bring to a simmer. Simmer covered for 3 minutes and turn off the heat. 

  3. Serve into a medium sized bowl and garnish with cream and cilantro sprigs provided in the garnish kit

Kadhai Paneer (Vegetarian)

  1. Add the Kadhai Paneer gravy into a heavy bottom sauce pan and add 50ml of water

  2. Add the paneer and vegetables and slowly bring to a simmer. Simmer covered for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.

  3. Serve into a medium sized bowl and garnish with fried onions provided in the garnish kit

Sides (vegetarian)

Biryani rice

  1. Sprinkle 1 tblsp of water onto the rice and cover with the lid.

  2. Re heat in the microwave for approximately 2-3minutes depending on your microwave.

  3. Serve into a bowl or small plate and garnish with toasted cashews, fried onions, provided in the garnish kit.

Garlic Naan

  1. Heat a non stick pan and add the naan bread (do not use any oil).

  2. Heat on both sides at medium heat

  3. Once soft and warmed throughout, remove from the pan and spread the garlic butter on top

Garlic Achar sauce

  1. Serve as is (mild spice)

DESSERT

Gajar ka Halwa

Carrot Pudding cooked with ghee, milks and Nuts

  1. Warm in a microwave for 30sec-1 minute depending on your microwave. The dessert should be luke warm, not hot.

  2. Serve onto a bowl and garnish with cashews, raisins provided in the garnish kit.
